Underrated yet successful

There are a lot of successful businessmen or as we call it entrepreneurs who are as successful and well to do as others but have less recognition as compared to the rest and aren’t usually seen on the spotlight much often.  Here are some entrepreneurs that I have listed down below, who are highly capable and inspiring and deserve equal recognition for all the things that they do to make a difference in the world.  

·         James Altucher. 

James is an entrepreneur and angel investor. He has achieved the rank of chess master. And he is also the author of the wall street journal, bestselling book “Choose yourself”. Several years ago, he had everything one could ask for. He made a lot of money, bought the biggest apartment in New York. Would gamble, stay drunk, travelled between cities in his helicopters and what not. And then all of a sudden, he lost it all and went broke. He started losing million dollars in a week. In just a month, his bank account went from $15 million to $143. He had nowhere to live, no job, and no friends to turn to.

After all the hardships, he picked himself from the floor. Right now James Altucher is an American hedge fund manager, entrepreneurbest-selling authorventure capitalist, and podcaster. He has founded or co-founded more than 20 companies.

·         Neil Patel

Neil Patel is an author, entrepreneur, marketer and a blogger. At the age of 16, he created his first website and also paid a few marketing firms for them to help him out. But instead of helping him out, they gave him no result and took all of his money instead. He had no choice but to learn marketing and then he actually got good at it. After 7 years, him and his now co-founder decided to create a digital agency.

 Now, Neil Patel is a New York Times bestselling authors. He is considered as the top influencer on the web by Wall Street journal. Forbes says he is one of the top ten marketers. He was recognized as a top 100 entrepreneur under the age of 30 by President Obama and a top 100 entrepreneur under the age of 35 by the United Nations.

·         Rand Fishkin

Rand, founder of SparkToro, and previously co-founder of Moz and inbound. He has dedicated all of his professional life in helping people do better marketing through his video series, blog posts and books like ‘lost and founder: a painfully honest field guide to the startup world’. He dropped out of university in 2000 to work full-time at his mother’s small business marketing firm as a web designer. He then created SEOmoz blog, which in just few years, became the world’s most popular community and content resource for search marketers.

·         Armand Peri

Armand Peri is an American business executive, entrepreneur, real estate investor, bodybuilder and artist. He is currently the CEO of New Age Productions, Inc. New age productions is a New York based agency that deals with night club investment and entertainment. He is also the founder of HunkoMania, which is a live dance show centering male dancers for women. It operates in one of the largest nightclubs all over the New York City. HunkoMania has contributed a lot in the success of Armand. Hunkomania is also said to be one of the biggest male dance shows that happen all over the world. 

·         Mike Cassidy:

Mike is said to be the startup kind by many people. Has sold 4 startups just under a billion dollars.

Mike is an American entrepreneur and was the CEO of four startups.

Mike currently is the CEO of his fifth startup Apollo Fusion. He was selected for the DEMO Lifetime Achievement Award, nominated for a Webby award, and named a Forbes E-gang Trendsetter. His startup products have won PC Magazine’s Top 100 Websites, Computer Telephony Product of the Year, CNET Editor’s Choice, PC Magazine’s Editor’s Choice, and many other awards.
